SHIPPING AND RETURNS

For A&A Cuisine shipping should be a great experience for our customers. For that reason, in order to achieve our goal, we follow the next guidelines:

Our shipping day is Mondays. Once you place your order, we will ship it to you the following Monday of when the order was created. You will receive an email with tracking information about your shipment.

If you have any questions about when your order will ship or deliver, please reach out by emailing at info@aacuisine.net and we will be happy to help you!

• We ship to the lower 48 states.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
• We do not ship internationally at this time, sorry.

Please, do not attempt to send our items back to us. We do not accept returns. That said, if we DO make a mistake at our end, we’ll be happy to correct it, sending you the same order or providing a credit for your next purchase.
